Mental Health Resources during COVID-19 Closure
It is challenging to reach a counselor in the community since so many people are working from home. Below are resources available for anyone to use:
Crisis Text Line: New York State has partnered with Crisis Text Line, an anonymous texting service available 24/7. Starting a conversation is easy. Text GOT5 to 741741.
Madison County Mental Health: Phone: 315-366-2327 Press “1” for an answering service that can connect you with licensed therapists on call 24 hours a day. Press “4” to leave a message if you wish to set up a counseling appointment. Madison County Mental Health staff can provide counseling remotely.
Family Counseling Services: The Oneida location is taking new patients. Please call 315-280-0400 for more information. Counseling is provided remotely through telehealth.
